All reviews must be based on genuine experiences. You retain ownership of your content but grant Biswaas a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your reviews on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post fake reviews, harass others, upload malicious content, or attempt to manipulate trust scores. Violation may result in account suspension.

5. Business Profiles

Businesses may claim their profiles and respond to reviews. Business accounts must represent the actual business and provide accurate information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Biswaas provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy of reviews. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
